| Position Summary | |
| MOC/PSSR Coordinator •Sustain continuous improvement of MOC / PSSR programs. Facilitate implementation of the improvements with MOC Manager personnel in areas such as Build-It, Keep It Running, and Run-It. •Oversee compliance and base management system audits of the MOC system to ensure compliance with FHR MOC requirements •Work with MOC Managers to facilitate Safety Design Reviews; Support PSSRs •Manage and maintain MOC policies, procedures, and job aids. Provide training and support to organization for training and implementation of changes when required. •Provide MOC/PSSR support during turnarounds by performing audits and assisting MOC Managers •Maximo MOC Global Power User •Provide analysis and trouble shooting on issues that cannot be resolved by the Local Power Users or Site Administrators •Escalate issues as needed to the Maximo Channel Lead •Facilitate communication between Local Power Users with an emphasis on establishing and promoting best practices •Contribute to the analysis and prioritization of Maximo enhancement requests •Perform informal audits and analysis to verify that Maximo is being used properly within their functional area •Contribute to the upkeep and evergreen process around the Maximo training materials •Participate in testing of enhancements and new releases |

| Work Experience & Skills Required: • Three or more years professional experience in health & safety risk management and Process Safety Management; • Process-safety background with experience in the petro-chemical industry; • Strong knowledge of OSHA PSM Standard, in particular Management of Change; • Developed and refined logical thinking skills and experience in applying those skills in developing procedures and processes for management of change programs; • Ability to liaise with other engineering disciplines; • Demonstrated ability to recognize hazards, drive continuous improvement, and promote practical alternatives for risk reduction and risk control measures. Education Required: B.S. Engineering or Safety Work Experience & Skills Preferred: Work Processes and management system development Physical Demands or Unusual Working Conditions: Be able to work in process areas including climbing and use of personal protective equipment Other Considerations: Certified Safety Professional |
