Position Summary
  • Identify and execute strategies for investing in Real Estate for Koch Asset Management. (KAM)

  • Maintain ownership in asset allocation decisions.

  • Work closely with CIO in developing tactical asset allocation, research and point-of-view analysis for KAM.

  • Work with Chief Risk Officer to implement risk management systems to ensure all risks are identified and explicit.

  • Investment manager identification, selection and relationship management, along with fee negotiation.

  • Be an active participant in the Mental Model process.

  • Adhere to the expectations established for a KII Supervisor.

    Requirements
  • 10+ years Real Estate investment expertise and experience

  • Strong risk aptitude and experience

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Math and statistical aptitude

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Education Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

    Education Preferred

  • Master’s Degree
