| Position Summary |
| Perform reliable instrument maintenance and repair (self-planned and scheduled). Remain current with Reliability Center work order request backlog. Suggest and develop PM and repair optimization ideas. Maintain shop documentation. Perform Instrument Mechanical Integrity testing and documentation. Perform Instrument turnaround maintenance activities (ID potential scope items, enter t/a work orders, lead work crews for scope as assigned, and perform instrument scope work). Project assignments based on refinery manpower needs and projects being implemented. Identify training needs and take a lead role in obtaining training approved on performance development plan developed with Instrument Advisor. |

| Requirements |
Work Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 5 years instrument maintenance experience in a refining, chemical, or power plant or Minimum 3 years instrument maintenance experience in a refining, chemical, or power plant in addition to an A.A.S./Certificate of training from an instrument vocational school 2 year program.
Education Required: High School Degree or equivalent
Work Experience & Skills Preferred: 5 years experience working in refining, chemical, or power plant.
Education Preferred: 1) A.A.S. in Electronics or Instrumentation Technology; 2) Certificate of completion from an instrument vocational school 2 year program or/equivalent military training.
Physical Demands or Unusual Working Conditions: Climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, etc., typical plant working environment.
