Position Summary
· EH&S: Audit daily work activities to ensure FHR policies and procedures are being 
  followed.
· Schedules: Participate in development and implementation of the weekly GNMT plan.
· Planning: Develop detailed execution plans for critical job tasks.
· Productivity: Audit execution productivity and remove barriers that may prohibit 
  productive activities.
· Quality: Audit quality of work and provide technical expertise as needed to enhance 
  reliability.
· Training: Provide and develop employee technical training.
· Performance Development: Perform annual PDR’s and develop LOS. Perform Execution
· Coordinator responsibilities as needed during T/A or maintenance outage situations.
 
Requirements
Work Experience & Skills Required:
10 years refinery experience working on fixed equipment such as towers, vessels, exchangers, piping, tanks, and valves. 

Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience & Skills Preferred:
5 years in a maintenance supervision role.
Ability to read piping ISO's, P&ID's, piping specs.
Proficient in Microsoft Word
